IMAX® Cinema
Millennium Point is home to the Midlands' first and only IMAX® Cinema.
For sheer sensory overload, the screen in the 385-seat arena is the width of four buses placed nose to tail, and more than five storeys high. The projector is so powerful that if it were mounted on a satellite you would be able to see its beam from earth.
Watching 2D films on the huge IMAX® screen is impressive enough, but it comes into its own when 3D films are shown - you really feel you are part of the action! The IMAX® film programme offers something for all the family, from animated cartoons and educational documentaries through to the latest all-action blockbusters.
The IMAX® Cinema entrance is on Level 1, next to the IMAX Lounge.
