Louise Teboul, from leadership development organisation Common Purpose, will host an interactive workshop on real-life leadership, rather than focusing on theories or models.

Focusing on the idea of Leading Beyond Authority – ie working with others where you have no formal authority – Louise will focus on the importance of authenticity, and key traits, that are important in defining your own leadership style.  This workshop will help you reflect on, and consider, the skills needed to lead effectively in a world of uncertainty and ambiguity.

Attend this Event to:

  • Organisational, personal and professional development
  • Develop your personal leadership style
  • Network with a business audience
