Titles by acclaimed local video artist Ian Emes will be screened on our Atrium screen.

The screenings are taking place in conjunction with an at the Birmingham Institute of Arts and Design (BIAD) called Time: Exhibition by Ian Emes runs until 17 January at BCU Parkside, open 9am – 6pm daily.

The titles will be screened daily.

About Ian Emes

A pioneer of music videos and video art, Ian was the first ever animation student at BIAD’s Gosta Green site in 1972 where he created an animated student film ‘French Windows’, which brought him to the attention of iconic band Pink Floyd. Ian was asked to create animated films for tracks for The Dark Side of The Moon, including the famous infinity clock sequence ‘Time’.
