6/8 Kafé, an independent coffee shop located in the heart of Millennium Point, has won Best Independent Coffee Shop at the 2017 Midlands Food and Drink Hospitality Awards.

6/8 Kafé named cream of the crop

Famous with brummies for their smooth flat white, moreish cookie sandwich and killer bacon sarnie, 6/8 Kafé has been serving food, cakes and coffee for over two years on the second floor of Millennium Point.

Facing stiff competition from four other Birmingham favourites, 6/8 Kafé was delighted to walk away victorious from the Midlands Food and Drink Hospitality Awards. Daniel Bailey, 6/8 Kafé Manager comments:

We’re thrilled to have won this award – it’s a great nod to all the hard work our staff put in to bring great coffee and food to customers in Birmingham. Millennium Point is a great location for us, bringing a diverse mix of people through our doors every day. As a small, independent company, it’s great to see Millennium Point support the local business community.
