Terms & Conditions for Birmingham 2050

1. Eligibility and Participation

1.1 By submitting to Birmingham 2050, you confirm that you have the right to submit the content you provide.
1.2 If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian to take part.

2. What You Can Submit

2.1 Submissions may include images, video, audio, written text or digital artwork.
2.2 Submissions must be original and created by you or your group.
2.3 Submissions must be suitable for public display. Content that is offensive, racist, sexist, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, illegal or harmful in any way will be rejected and will not be used.

3. Use of Submissions

3.1 By submitting, you grant Millennium Point a non-exclusive licence to use, publish, display and reproduce your submission in connection with Birmingham 2050. This includes online, in press, on social media, at events and in exhibitions.
3.2 You understand that submissions may be seen by other members of the public, press and partners.

4. Rights and Ownership

4.1 You retain copyright and ownership of your work.
4.2 You grant Millennium Point permission to use your name, image and details in connection with your submission if it is selected to be featured.
4.3 Millennium Point will always provide a credit for your work wherever practicable.

5. Moderation and Removal

5.1 Millennium Point reserves the right to remove, edit or refuse any submission that does not comply with these terms, or that is otherwise deemed inappropriate in its sole discretion.
5.2 Millennium Point is not responsible for submissions that are lost, delayed, corrupted or fail to submit properly.

6. Liability

6.1 Millennium Point and its partners accept no liability for submissions once they have been published or displayed.
6.2 Millennium Point is not responsible for any loss, damage or claim arising from your participation in Birmingham 2050, except where required by law.

7. Changes to Terms

7.1 Millennium Point may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Birmingham 2050 submission page.
