With the NHS 10-Year Health Plan set to be published this Spring, the Integrated Care Delivery Forum provides a strategic opportunity to discuss the plan’s implications with some of the country’s foremost leaders in integrated care.

The Delivery Forum brings together ICS leaders and a range of key stakeholders from the NHS, local government, social care, community services, the third sector, and industry. Debates, panels, keynotes, and workshops are held across three theatres at two events, hosted in Birmingham in May and London in November.

The Delivery Forum is one of the country’s leading events in integrated care and is a significant date on the healthcare conference calendar. Each Forum provides a unique content-driven opportunity to engage in intimate debate and networking with influential ICS decision-makers and discuss challenges and opportunities in delivering integrated care at a local and national level.

Their comprehensive programme aims to provide updates on Thoracic imaging topics of broad and current interest, delivered by experts in their field. They also hope to give trainees plenty of incentives to join the junior thoracic radiology community, and this year they will again be inviting Industry to present to their membership.

Through case study presentations and interactive panel discussions, engineers share lessons learned from installing hydrogen pilots, testing production technologies at scale, and overcoming technical barriers in transportation and industry. With dedicated sessions focusing on key issues such as scaling production, electrolysis, establishing engineering standards, and qualifying new materials. Real-world experiences inform collaborative problem-solving of persistent obstacles.

While the potential of hydrogen is undeniable, several engineering challenges persists and engineers must understand the inherent challenges before it can be used effectively, and at scale, in a net-zero future energy economy.
