Enjoy Disney’s Coco on our giant screen with a spooktacular children’s disco!

Our DJ will be spinning the best pop hits and spooky tunes for littles one to dance along to. And as they bust their moves, grown-ups can relax in our adjoining bar area with a drink. There will also be a colouring in stations, dance competitions and prizes for the best-dressed!

Then it will be time to experience Coco as never before – on Birmingham’s biggest screen! The enchanting Disney Pixar film follows aspiring musician Miguel, alongside charming trickster Hector, on an extraordinary journey through the Land of the Dead to find his musical hero.

Join us as we get ready for a live concert with friendship bracelet making and a glitter tattoo station! And practice your best dance moves at our family disco. At the same time, grown-ups can enjoy complimentary tea and coffee in the neighbouring bar section.

Then take your seats in our auditorium for the main event – the live concert experience. The incredible Taylor Swift tribute act, Miss America is taking to our stage with a high-energy homage to the pop queen. Miss America (singer Carrie Fern) is known for her amazing vocal resemblance, and her love of Taylor’s music shines through. Expect Taylor’s greatest hits – from the country ballads to the pop bangers!

The Birmingham Jazz & Blues Festival welcomes the Moseley Record Fair and virtuoso rhythm and blues performer Ben Toury to Millennium Point.

Moseley Record Fair is the long-established and legendary marketplace for new and used music formats, and music memorabilia. Sellers on the day will be offering, amongst other genres, choice jazz and blues vinyl, original 1960s and 1970s jazz concert posters, and vintage ephemera.

France’s Ben Toury discovered the Blues at an early age. By 11, he was already performing live, had fifteen personal compositions to his credit, and attracted the attention of Ten Year After guitarist Alvin Lee! Now, Ben is a must-see performer gaining international fame for his original and energetic live performances. Don’t miss him at Millennium Point.

There will be a dedicated area and bar for anyone wanting to enjoy the gig, or you can browse records to a live soundtrack!

Tickets are free but, as we expect the event to be popular, please book a ticket to guarantee entry.

Shine A Light captures the band’s blistering sets from New York in 2006, intercut with backstage footage, special guests, archive clips, and new interviews with the band. It’s a must-see movie for music AND film lovers everywhere.

Before the screening, Jimmy Regal & The Royals will be making their must-see Millennium Point debut with a free performance in our bar. After their smash-hit break-through album landed in the UK Top 20 in 2019, the acclaimed three-piece have seen their subsequent three albums all enter the Top 10. Over in the US, they’ve stormed the Contemporary Blues charts. The much-loved live act has also played alongside Grammy Award-winner Cedric Burnside and the legendary B.B. King Band.
